If the form is unavailable, contact us at team@annota.ai.

Name and email are needed to confirm receipt and inform you of our decision. You may omit them when reporting child sexual abuse material. We do not disclose your identity to the user concerned, unless required by law or necessary, for example for some copyright notices.
