Annota Studio
Label images, turn documents into reviewed text, and save versions of every dataset. Then export your data, train your own models (private beta), or use your documents as knowledge bases in Annota Brain.
Click an object to select it. Check the outline.
Inside Studio
Annotation, documents, and models share your datasets, credits, and permissions.
Annotate
Select objects with a click or annotate a whole dataset in one run.
Documents
Extract text, tables, and figures or transcribe audio, then correct the result alongside the original.
Models
Start from a saved dataset version and train an object detection model.
How it works
The same steps apply to images and documents.
Create an image or document dataset and add your files.
Magic Annotate labels your images; OCR and audio transcription extract the content of your documents.
Correct outlines and text where needed, then approve the result.
Save a version that later edits will not change, ready to export or train on.
Work from your AI agent
Through MCP, your agent can manage datasets and labels, edit annotations, review OCR text, run automatic annotation, and retrieve exports, with your existing permissions.
Annota Brain
Files dropped into a knowledge base in Brain arrive here as document datasets you can review. Your corrections flow back to the knowledge base, and any document dataset can become one with Use in Brain.
No. Every plan includes Studio and Brain, with one account, one organization, and one credit balance. Model training requires separate private beta approval, on any plan.
Studio is where you prepare your data: images, documents, versions, and models. Brain is where you ask your documents: verified answers with citations from knowledge bases built on your document datasets.
Every knowledge base follows exactly one document dataset, marked In Brain in Studio. Turn any document dataset into one with Use in Brain: it indexes only approved documents by default, or all documents with extracted text if you choose. Knowledge bases created in Brain index all their documents. A dataset can't be deleted while it backs a knowledge base.
Magic Select, Magic Annotate, OCR, and audio transcription use credits, and the platform shows the cost or estimate before you start. Manual annotation, dataset versions, and exports use no credits, within storage and operation limits. The Pricing page lists allowances and rates.
