Yes, if you are at least 18. Create an account and start with Free. Before the first purchase, an administrator enters the billing details in Settings › Billing, as an Individual or a Company, and you accept the current Terms of Service. Then activate Pro or Team from the same page. Pro is for one person, including professional use; Team is for collaboration.

Free includes 1 member, 2 datasets, and 1 GB of storage per organization. Each Free organization also receives 250 monthly credits, and you can create a new Free organization while you own fewer than 2. You can buy top-ups without upgrading to Pro. Collaboration requires Team; extra storage is available on Pro and Team.

Pro is limited to 1 member and covers professional use. To invite collaborators, choose Team at €29.28/member/month incl. VAT (€24 + VAT), with a minimum of 2 purchased members. Each purchased member includes 1,000 monthly credits and 40 GB. These allowances are pooled across the organization, including for purchased seats that are not yet occupied.

Each member has a weekly Brain chat allowance that resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. On Pro, that is about 30 simple questions a day about your documents, such as facts, amounts, and deadlines; on Team, about 40 per member; on Free, about 6. General questions without documents use less. Long analyses, such as comparisons across several documents or ready-to-send emails, use more. The app shows how much of the allowance you have used. When it runs out, chat continues with your organization's credits.

Switching from Pro to Team and increasing purchased members take effect immediately after any amount due has been paid. The charge adjustment and additional credits are prorated for the rest of the current period; credits already used are not replenished. Member reductions and switching from Team to Pro start at renewal, without removing credits already granted for the current period. New invitations must respect the scheduled member limit. At renewal, the new monthly allowance replaces the unused monthly credits from the previous period.

Your organization's Billing page shows charges, effective dates, changes to included credits and storage, and the next renewal total before you confirm. Team renews for the number of purchased members, with at least two. Storage changes take effect immediately with a prorated adjustment. Storage add-ons renew with Pro or Team and do not add or reset AI credits. Any billing credit applies to future invoices, not to your AI credit balance. Canceling your subscription also ends its storage add-ons at the end of the paid period.

Free includes 2 datasets per organization. Pro and Team have no limit on the number of datasets. Files and OCR content remain subject to the organization's storage allowance.

Free includes 1 GB and Pro includes 20 GB per organization. Team includes 40 GB per purchased member, shared across the organization: 2 members include 80 GB. On Pro and Team, add 20 GB for €2.44/month incl. VAT (€2 + VAT). Credit top-ups do not increase storage.

Uploaded images and documents, saved OCR text and figures, and retained archives, such as dataset versions, exports, and models. Copies inside separate archives count separately, by each archive's actual size. Annotations, labels, other metadata, model configuration and metrics records, logos, avatars, temporary files, Brain summaries and search indexes, infrastructure indexes, replicas, and backups are excluded. Storage uses decimal GB: 1 GB is 1 billion bytes.

You can keep up to 10 versions per dataset on Free, Pro, and Team. Versions queued or in progress count toward the limit; failed versions do not. Delete an unused version to make room. Versions used to train a model cannot be deleted while that model exists. Each new version also needs storage.

Content is not automatically deleted when you reduce capacity. Uploads and operations that need more storage are blocked until you free space or add capacity. Pro allows one member: to move from Team to Pro, reduce your organization to one member and cancel any pending invitations. Canceling returns the organization to Free without removing members. Team member reductions must accommodate current members and pending invitations. Billing shows the effective date and new limits. Storage usage updates when content is saved. Operations already started may finish above the limit; deleting content in the app frees its quota. New OCR page processing blocked by insufficient storage is not charged. Edits that do not increase saved OCR text remain possible.

A credit is the unit that pays for AI annotation, OCR, and audio transcription in Studio and for Brain. Your organization shares one balance across both products. Uploads, manual annotation, dataset versions, and exports use no credits. Storage and operation limits still apply.

Magic Select uses 0.1 credits per prediction, Magic Annotate 1 credit per image per run, OCR 0.4 credits per page, and audio transcription 2 credits per started minute. Brain uses credits as explained below. The app shows the cost or an estimate before you start; chat answers show their cost when they finish. Operations start only while your balance is positive, or, for chat, while the weekly allowance lasts, and are charged when they finish, so the balance can go below zero; your next credits cover the difference. Uploads, manual annotation, versions, and exports use no credits.

Included plan credits reset each month and do not roll over. Credits purchased on Free, Pro, or Team never expire and are used after the available plan credits. The remaining purchased balance stays usable by the same organization when you change plans.

Model training requires private beta access for your organization, regardless of plan. Buying Pro or Team does not grant access. Enabled organizations can train YOLO object detection models on approved images from a saved dataset version, follow metrics, and download completed models. Instance segmentation, image classification, and LLM fine-tuning are coming soon.

Indexing uses 0.5 credits per page of each new or changed document; for Office and text files, a page is about one printed A4 page. If indexing fails, it is free. Reading scans and transcribing recordings are charged separately; Office and text files are free to add. Chat answers and knowledge base searches are billed by the tokens they use: 100 credits per million input tokens and 300 per million output tokens. Chat first uses each member's weekly allowance, then the organization's credits. Answers that fail, or that Brain cannot give reliably, are free; answers you stop are charged for the tokens they used. Reading documents uses no credits.

Yes, on Free, Pro, and Team, from your organization's Billing page. Purchased credits never expire; the rates are under Extra credits above.

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase with Withdraw from contract here in Settings › Billing, or by email. The subscription ends immediately and we refund you, minus the service provided: the greater of the share of the period elapsed and the share of included credits used. Credit top-ups have no right of withdrawal: supply starts immediately, and before paying you consent to this and acknowledge losing the right. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal; when saving their billing details, they specifically approve some clauses of the Terms. The DPA is part of the Terms. The Terms of Service contain the details.

Customer content, databases, primary storage, and AI models are hosted in EU regions. Some supporting providers may process limited data internationally under GDPR safeguards. See Privacy & Security for details.
