About taxes
Country prices use standard VAT rates. For territories with a different tax regime, choose “Other country or tax territory”. Choosing business prices does not imply a VAT exemption; your billing address and tax details determine the applicable treatment.

A fresh allowance every month
Included credits reset monthly and do not roll over. They are shared by your organization and used before top-up credits.

Top-ups start at €5 before tax. Purchased credits never expire. Volume discounts apply to larger top-ups.

Frequently asked questions
Can anyone register and buy a plan?
Yes. Create an account and start with Free. To buy Pro or Scale, open your organization's Billing page and choose a plan. Model creation remains a private beta enabled separately for each organization.
What's a credit?
A credit is the unit used to pay for AI annotation, OCR, and exports. Your organization shares one balance. Uploading and storing files is free; training in the private beta currently uses no credits.
What uses credits?
Magic Select, Magic Annotate, document OCR, and exports consume credits. The platform shows the credit cost or estimate before you start an operation.
Do credits expire?
Included plan credits reset each month and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits never expire and are used after the available plan credits.
Can I train my own models?
Model creation requires private beta access for your organization, regardless of plan. Buying Pro or Scale does not grant access. Enabled organizations can train YOLO object detection models on approved images from a saved dataset version, follow metrics, and download completed models. Instance segmentation, image classification, and LLM fine-tuning are coming soon. Model deployment is coming soon.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. Top-up credits never expire and start at €5, at a base rate of €0.01 per credit. Automatic discounts are 10% from €50, 20% from €250, 30% from €1,000 for amounts below €2,000. Amounts are before tax. Contact us for larger volumes.
Where is my data stored?
Customer content, databases, and primary storage are hosted in EU regions. Some supporting providers may process limited data internationally under GDPR safeguards. See Security for details.
Do you use my data to train models?
On Pro and above, User Content and organization data are not used to train Annota AI's models. On Free, effectively anonymized and aggregated usage data may be used for model improvement. User content is not used to train third-party models.
Can I run Annota AI on private infrastructure?
Yes. Enterprise is for private deployments in the cloud, on your infrastructure or in air-gapped environments. Contact us to discuss your installation.
